New in 2019, the Sparco EVO II Competition Racing Seat has been redesigned and is now 7 pounds lighter than before.
The EVO II QRT has the quality and value you have come to expect in the Evo seat line, including a unique shell shape that increases rigidity without adding weight. The 2019 EVO II QRT is now made with SPARCO QRT Technology which results in an ultra-light shell. The EVO II QRT is 7lbs lighter than the previous version.
The Evo II QRT introduces re-engineered seat proportions, which provide greater ergonomics. The result is a seat that is both taller and slightly wider than the EVO for taller drivers.
The seat belt slots are also repositioned to sit more level with the driver’s shoulders.
QRT TECHNOLOGY
QRT Technology gives an unparalleled mechanical strength/weight ratio for fiberglass composite racing seats. QRT Technology gives an average weight savings of 30% when compared to standard fiberglass technology. The main benefit is that QRT seats approach the weight of carbon fiber seat at the price of a fiberglass composite seat.The EVO II QRT is FIA approved.
